The Medical Research Council has committed resources to generating free novel genetically altered mouse strains to be used in vital biomedical research by the UK scientific community. They welcome applications for the generation of mutant mouse models where other models such as in vitro or in silico have been exhausted.The call is open to requests for any type of edited or engineered alleles.Please do not hesitate to get in touch with the GEMM team (gemm@har.mrc.ac.uk) for support in designing mutations and any other questions you may have regarding your application.
