Registration fees

Registration fees for University of Edinburgh students and staff wanting to attend Neuroscience Day are charged on a sliding scale:

  • £50: In-person; Principal Investigator/Group Leader
  • £35: In-person; Postdoctoral researchers and non-group leader research staff
  • £25: In-person; Students 
  • free: Online only

Registration

You need to register for Neuroscience Day 2021 whether you plan to attend virtually or in-person.

In order to be covid-safe, we are limiting attendance at the venue to 150 (which allows for 1m social distancing). We may not be able to accommodate all those who wish to attend in-person. Early registration is therefore advised. Hopefully we will all be able to come together again in 2022. 

Register via our ePay site. Please remember to fully complete the check-out process, even if your registration is free.

If you wish to present a poster (whether online or in-peron), you also need to complete our poster slot request form

Deadlines

Deadline for poster presentation request: Noon, Monday 13 September 2021

Deadline for in-person registration:  Friday 17 September 2021

Deadline for virtual registration: noon, Wednesday 22 September 2021
