Dr Una Clancy (Clinical Research Fellow and PhD student in Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences) has been awarded the 2021 (and 47th )John Halliday Croom Prize by the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. This annual Prize is named for Sir John Halliday Croom (1909-86), a past President of the College in recognition of his support of the concept of Collegiate Membership. The prize consists of a medal and £250. As part of the prize, Una will be presenting a lecture “Cerebral small vessel disease: More than just an incidental finding?” about under-recognised clinical features of cerebral small vessel disease at the RCPE Medical Trainees virtual conference this Friday.
