Our speakers Omar Alfituri, Nini Kerr, Augusta Rocha and Rob van Glabbeek will share their experiences of navigating implicit knowledge, a knowledge that is acquired through experience and practice. The panel will address how implicit knowledge can perpetuate inequities and create barriers, but can also be based on incorrect or outdated assumptions. Reflecting on their own experiences across different career stages, they will discuss how to make tacit knowledge more visible for themselves and others.
