£5 million in continued support for MS Research at Edinburgh

MS Society has funded the Edinburgh Centre for MS Research - which has evolved into a world-leading hub for MS research - since 2007. This new funding will help the team continue their groundbreaking research into nerve damage in MS.

Fantastic news this week: Profs Anna Williams (IRR) and Dave Lyons (INCR) have secured a commitment to five years' of continued support from the MS Society.

This new funding will help the team continue their groundbreaking research into nerve damage in MS – allowing them to measure changes, find new targets for treatments, and test out the most promising in the lab. The long term vision is that this work will contribute to our shared goal of finding treatments to slow or stop MS for everyone.
